Little Blue Trailer Coffee company was created out of a love of family, love of the outdoors, and love of really good coffee. My wife and I bought our little teardrop trailer in 2012, and my dad and I painted it her favorite color: sky blue. In 2014, we welcomed our son into the world. Since the days when he was a newborn, the three of us have traveled the western United States, experiencing the wonder of the outdoors, breathing in the wild air, and camping in our little blue trailer. When it came time to name my new micro coffee roasting business, it was natural to name it after what has become a symbol to us of family and adventure: our Little Blue Trailer.
The process begins with super high quality green coffee beans. We buy our green coffee from a responsible source who has a direct relationship with many farmers around the world. They consider fairness in coffee pricing just as important as the flavor of the beans.
I roast the coffee all myself in my tiny 1kg micro coffee roaster I built entirely by hand. This allows me the most control over the roasting process, and makes it possible for you to get roasted beans that are ridiculously fresh.
